Up until now, international growth was achieved either through direct aquisition of other entities in foreign markets or building a presence from scratch at prospective locations. Both these approaches have their costs and benefits. In both cases a third party facilitates the process for a fee and then departs upon completion of the project  The outside facilitators are usually large companies that have no long term stake in the success of the venture.

Global American's approach is completely different and is geared towards smaller companies that cannot afford the costs of hiring the large consultancies. We set up a joint entity with the client, build a thriving operation and constantly review the progress, goals and returns to the overall plan over a mutually established time frame. At such time when the client is able to pick up the reins and take charge, the joint entity is dissolved to the satisfaction of both participants.
